BIOGRAPHY

As an artist I am passionate about colour and texture and my work is a reflection of this. I believe that colour and texture resonate with everyone, evoking various emotions and responses. My paintings are crafted on canvases that follow a cohesive colour story, capturing mood, light, depth and texture. I primarily incorporate impasto techniques, with oil, acrylic and mixed media to build rich, textured surfaces. My painting are immediate, mood-enhancing and vibrant. ​

My 1st class degree at the Glasgow school of Art provided me with a solid foundation in art techniques, theory & materials. My background as a Printed Textile designer for fashion & Interiors, Interior Decorator, & Colour Trend Forecaster has given me a unique perspective on how to create compelling visual experiences.
